DIRECTOR OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA - James Budrow
James Budrow has been nominated
and graceously accepted the position of CalNACHI's Director of Northern California in recognition of his efforts to promote
the organization.
James attributes his personal success as a property inspector to the 20+ years
hands-on experience in the construction industry, including many years as a general contractor specializing in residential
remodeling. As an inspector, James spent four years training with a large franchise in the Sacramento Valley before starting
the American Pride Home Inspection Service in 1999. James is a Member in good standing with the InterNational Association
of Certified Home Inspectors and has performed more than 5000 home inspections in the Sacramento Valley. In addition, James
is the President for the Sacramento Valley Chapter of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He
is dedicated to helping others in the home inspection industry, and believes that inspection excellence can best be achieved through
continuing education and compliance with the standards of practice of the California InterNational Association of
Certified Home Inspectors (CalNACHI).
