CALNACHI MEMBERSHIP CALNACHI has two levels of membership, California Premier Inspector
(CPI), and Board Certified Inspector (BCI).
CPI is our entry level membership, and although it has
minimum requirements, the benefits are enormous, with all rights and privileges CALNACHI offers. The requirements for BCI

GENERAL AGREEMENT
CalNACHI members are not bound by the CalNACHI
Standards of Practice (SOP’s) and Code of Ethics (COE’s), and can perform their inspections to the standards of
their choice, be it those of any other state or national organization. However, as a condition of general membership,
members will agree to advance themselves and the cause of the profession through continuing education. Fortunately, the vast
majority of men and women who apply to join inspection organizations are mature and educated individuals who are either trained
or experienced in the building trades and related industries, but for those who need further education in any area CALNACHI
offers more free on-line education than any other organization, education which is not only available but can be electronically
verified.
LEGAL
AGREEMENT
As a condition of membership, you will agree to hold CALNACHI, its founders, board of directors,
fellow members, and its staff harmless from any alleged liability resulting from membership and/or disciplinary action.
