Keith Swift is a veteran inspector who has championed the rights of inspectors for more than twenty years. He resigned as the Vice-President of InterNACHI to co-found CalNACHI with Nick Gromicko.  Keith is a licensed general contractor with a PhD in English, who has taught at several universities across the United States and Canada. He has published more than forty inspection-related articles on the subject of avoiding litigation. His books include Inspect and Protect and Manual for a Happy Home. Dr. Swift is well known to the inspection industry as a lecturer and champion of truth and justice, and someone who is now dedicated to improving the livelihood of CalNACHI inspectors.
